If something happened to you tomorrow, would you, and the people you love, know what to do?
I am Robert Bunn, an estate planning attorney based in Gainesville. I work with families throughout Florida.
About ten minutes to begin. You can stop and come back.
Here about something other than an estate plan? Tell me about your matter
Why I do this work
My mother had very little, and she gave her family the gift of a plan. My father had more, and did not. He had shown us a will once, decades earlier. When it mattered, it could not be found.
I have watched both sides of that line from inside my own family, and I would not wish the second on anyone.
Most people think of estate planning as what happens after they die. I bring the emphasis forward, to the years you are living, and the order we work in follows it. In a national study of Americans who died at sixty or older, 70.3 percent of those who faced a medical decision at the very end of life could no longer make it themselves.1 The moment you are most likely to need your own voice is the moment you are least likely to still have it. So we begin with who speaks for you and who acts for you. The will comes too, and the trust if it fits your life.

How it works
You begin online with a few questions about you and the people you love. I read what you send, we talk through what matters to you, and I draft your documents in plain language.
Then comes your Signing Party, where the plan is signed, witnessed, and notarized. You leave with clear direction for lining up your accounts and beneficiary forms to match it, and a referral to counsel if your plan calls for a new deed.
